Decade of Vaccines The Decade of Vaccines (DoV) Collaboration is both a catalyst and a convener - paving the way to extend the full benefits of immunization to all people, regardless of where they live.
As a catalyst, the DoV Collaboration is strengthening coordination across the international vaccine community, and fostering innovation for this priority health intervention.
As a convener, the DoV Collaboration is bringing together diverse stakeholders to develop an evidence-based, country-led global action plan that will stimulate the discovery, development, and delivery of lifesaving vaccines. The plan will build on the success of current work to transform the way vaccines move from formulation, to factory, to families.
The DoV Collaboration is an unprecedented, time-limited global effort, ending with presentation of the plan in May 2012 at the World Health Assembly.
